All referrals for case management services come to MACF from the Missouri Children’s Division or other private case management agencies. All of the children and youth served are in the custody of the State Agency as a result of abuse or neglect. MACF and partner agencies are currently serving 1,660 children and youth. MACF serves these children and youth in many parts of the state including the St. Louis region, the Central region, the Southwest region and the Kansas City region. In 2008, MACF and our partner agencies served a total of 2,114 children and youth. The children and youth served were in multiple types of placements with the end goal of assuring all kids are in the least restrictive community setting.
