Reimbursable Expenses:  Mileage– reimbursement of .44 per mile

Advanced Education – In the event an employee completes an upper graduate degree within the human services field while employed, MACF will increase the employee’s annual salary by $1,000. Request for increases must come to the HR Department w/a copy of the degree and/or transcripts attached.

Completion of Licensure Status – Upon an employee’s completion of licensure and/or certification status, relevant to the employee’s current position and job duties within MACF, the employee will receive a $1000 increase to annual salary. Request for increases must come to the HR Department w/a copy of the license and/or certification attached.

Professional Development:
MACF has several LCSW and LPC licensed professionals who provide clinical supervision to CM and other staff seeking to enhance their professional experiences and expertise through perusal of licensure. This is considered a “hidden benefit.”

MACF may from time to time accept internal and external requests for Internships toward completion of graduate and upper graduate degrees within the human services field. Internal accommodations may include a change or modification of duties to approval of a flexible schedule.

All MACF full time employees are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following their date of hire. MACF part time employees may be eligible for certain benefits as outlined below. Those Benefits include:
