Foster Care Case Management (FCCM) provides case management services to children and their families through referrals from the Missouri Children’s Division (CD).  FCCM is a partnership between Missouri Alliance for Children and Families (MACF), Boys and Girls Town of Missouri (BGTM), Edgewood Children’s Services (ECC), Every Child’s Hope (ECH),  Missouri Baptist Children and Family Ministries (MBCH CFM) and Children's Foundation of Mid-America (CFMA--formerly Presbyterian Children's Services).  The Missouri Alliance for Children and Families provides the administrative oversight to the partnership and ensures that community-based services are accessible and fit the needs of the child and family.  BGTM,  ECC, ECH, MBCH CFM, and CFMA provide the direct case management services to assist children and their families reach their personal goals.  FCCM provides wraparound and case management services to families across the state of Missouri.  When the child is referred to FCCM, the care manager becomes the main contact for the child and family.  The care manager will empower the child and their family to define their goals and determine their own future.
