The Missouri Alliance has been in partnership with the State of Missouri for ten years in serving children with severe emotional disturbances (SED).
Our staffs are experts in the area of wraparound services and the processes needed to stabilize a child and move to permanency.

Richard (Dick) Matt, President & CEO, has over 35 years of experience at the State and private provider levels in child welfare. He was a pioneer in Missouri in the wraparound model for children with severe needs, who are coming out of the child welfare system.
